For Authors > Submission

Authors wishing to submit a paper to JIMSA’2025 are encouraged to follow these steps:

1️⃣ Log in or Create an Account

• Go to Sciencesconf.org.

• Log into your account or create one if you don’t have an account yet.

2️⃣ Submitting a Contribution

• Once logged in, go to "New submission" or "My Submissions" and click on "Submit a Paper".

• Complete the 4-step submission form:

  1. Metadata: title, abstract, keywords...

  2. Author(s): author details and affiliations

  3. File(s): upload your abstract (PDF and TeX formats accepted)

  4. Summary: review and validate your submission

3️⃣ Sending the Abstract by Email

In addition to submitting on Sciencesconf.org, authors are also invited to send their abstract in PDF and TeX formats to soumission.jimsa2025@gmail.com 

📌 Please specify the following information in the email:

• Type of communication: oral of 12+3min, oral of 25+5min, Poster

• Topic: Operator Theory, Function Spaces and Related Topics / Probability, Statistics and Modeling

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
